Details
Alstahaug kommune skal i gang med å bygge ny Flerbrukshall i Sandnessjøen.Totalentreprenør er enda ikke engasjert for dette prosjektet, men vil bli det i løpet av september 2026. Totalentreprenøren har blant annet rollen som ansvarlig søker og ansvar for prosjektering og utførelse. Prosjekteringen skal etter planen starte i løpet av september 2026 og prosjektet vi pågå til årsskiftet 2027/28. Funksjonsbeskrivelse av oppdraget for kontrakten med totalentreprenør i dette prosjektet er vedlagt.Oppdraget vil være begrenset til byggherreombud (BHO) i produksjonsfasen og overtakelsesfasen, koordinator for utførelse (KU), prosjektering (KP), samt ITB-ansvarlig for Byggherre i hele prosjektperioden. ITB-ansvarlig kan enten være samme person som BHO eller en fagperson som rapporterer til BHO og Byggherre. Samlet omfang er estimert til 13-18 timer pr uke.
