Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAGASHIMA Katsutoshi, Director General, Statistics Bureau, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Business of development, operation and maintenance services for Internet survey system on the 2027 Employment Status Survey 1 set. ⑷ Contract period : As the specification. ⑸ Delivery place : As the specification. ⑹ Language and currency which tender shall use in tendering procedures : Japanese and Japanese currency. ⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under conservator- ship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③satisfy the Grade A or Grade B qualification that is "Information processing" or "Software development" on "offer of services etc" in the Kanto・Koushinetsu district.
