Обществената поръчка включва закупуване и доставка на един брой фабрично нов трактор с гребло за сняг за дейности по зимно поддържане и снегопочистване. Настоящата обществена поръчка попада в обхвата на изключението по чл. 2, т. 1 от Наредба № Н-21 от 19.12.2023 година, тъй като колесен трактор с гребло е предназначен за употреба за извършване на работа, която поради конструктивните си характеристики не са подходящи за превоз на пътници, поради което изискванията на Наредба № Н-21 за „чисто превозно средство“ не се прилагат за настоящата поръчка.
