Предмет на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за осигуряване на хотелско настаняване на командировани служители на Плевенската филхармония и външни изпълнители при осъществяване на концерти на територията на Република България Параметрите на всяко отделно настаняване се посочват в конкретно запитване, подадено от представител на Възложителя в срока на договора. В запитването се посочват минимум: дати на настаняване, местоположение, категоризация на хотела, броя на нощувките и лицата (конкретен или индикативен) и изисквания за единично/двойно настаняване.
