Предметът на обществената поръчка включва: Доставка на хранителни продукти, както следва: хляб и хлебни изделия, месо и месни продукти, мляко и млечни произведения, плодове и зеленчуци, подправки и други хранителни продукти, след предварителна заявка от Възложителя. Посочените видове храни в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1 от документацията са прогнозни по количество и Възложителят няма задължение за цялостното им усвояване, както и може да заявява други продукти извън посочените в рамките на максималната стойност по сключения договор, като цената на същите ще бъде посочена в предоставян от изпълнителя ценови лист с дадените артикули при всяка заявка, към който ще се прилага процента търговска отстъпка, посочен от него в ценовото му предложение (Приложение №3). Посочването на процент търговска отстъпка в ценовото предложение е задължително!. Доставените хранителни продукти задължително да бъдат с означен срок на годност на продуктите, които трябва да имат не по – малко от 70% от общия срок на годност, обявен от производителя. Съгласно чл. 47а от ЗОП и НАРЕДБА № Н-1 от 23 юли 2024 г. за екологичните изисквания към определени продукти, предмет на обществени поръчки, документацията съдържа екологични изисквания към продуктите, които се доставят. Изискванията са посочени в Техническата спецификация - Приложение № 1 от документацията.
