Предметът на настоящата поръчка е „Избор на доставчик на активна нетна електрическа енергия и координатор на балансираща група за ниско напрежение за нуждите на РЗОК – Габрово“. Доставката на електрическа енергия трябва да бъде в съответствие с действащите нормативни документи: Закон за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правила за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ). По отношение на планирането и договарянето на конкретни количества нетна активна електрическа енергия се прилагат ПТЕЕ.
Lots Lot 1 — „ИЗБОР НА ДОСТАВЧИК НА АКТИВНА НЕТНА ЕЛЕКТРИЧЕСКА ЕНЕРГИЯ И КООРДИНАТОР НА БАЛАНСИРАЩА ГРУПА ЗА НИСКО НАПРЕЖЕНИЕ ЗА НУЖДИТЕ НА РЗОК – ГАБРОВО” (estimated 7700.00): Предметът на настоящата поръчка е „Избор на доставчик на активна нетна електрическа енергия и координатор на балансираща група за ниско напрежение за нуждите на РЗОК – Габрово“. Доставката на електрическа енергия трябва да бъде в съответствие с действащите нормативни документи: Закон за енергетиката (ЗЕ), Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правила за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ).
