Обектът на обществената поръчка е "доставка на стоки, осъществявана чрез покупка" съгласно смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗОП и има за предмет сключване на договор с изпълнител за доставка и покупка на стълбови (мачтови) трансформаторни постове, съгласно условията и изискванията от обявлението и документацията за участие. ​​​​​​​Всяко заинтересовано лице може да подава оферта при условие, че отговаря на изискванията на ЗОП, Правилника за прилагане на ЗОП и на изискванията на възложителя, посочени в обявлението и документацията за участие.
