Асфалтовата пътна настилка е силно нарушена и компроментирана, поради което се предвижда средно фрезоване от 10 см. и възстановяване с два нови асфалтови пласта от 4см. и 6 см. по цялата дължина и ширина на пътните платна. Новата настилка следва габарита на съществуващия асфалт, като не се предвижда засягане на нови територии/площи. Предвижда се за пътната конструкция, освен новите асфалтови пластове и 40см. трошен камък за основа при локалните ремонти. Предвижда се запълване на съществуващи банкети средно 25 см. Предвижда се направа на земни канавки от двете страни на пътя и бетонови тръби ф500 под пътната конструкция при селскостопанаските пътища. Съществуващите три водостока под пътя се почистват и торкетират с бетон на стените им при вток и отток. Изисква се полагането на асфалтобетон да се извършва след почистване, обезпрашаване и направа на битумен разлив по повърхността на настилката. Площта на настилката за възстановяване е 18 521 m2 за директното трасе и 490м2 за зауствания на полските пътища. Предвижда се и изпълнение на дейности, свързани с Постоянната организация и безопасност на движение по пътния участък, както и такива по Временната организация и безопасност на движението Описание на видовете и количествата СМР предвидени за изпълнение се съдържа в техническата спецификация и количествената сметка, неразделна част от документацията по поръчката
