Предвижда се следните ремонтни работи отвън: - очукване на компрометираната мазилка до здрава основа; - възстановяване на мазилката; - демонтаж и монтаж на капаци по покрива; - боядисване на фасадата; - обръщане на прозорци; - изработване и монтаж на капаци на шахта за вода; - импрегниране на дъсчена обшивка; - подмяна компрометирана хидроизолация по покрива на помощна сграда; - лакиране дървени елементи на помощна сграда; В помещенията се предвиждат следните дейности: - разваляне на фаянсови и керамични плочки; - очукване на мазилка; - демонтаж и обратен монтаж на мивки; - подмяна на част от тръбите за чиста и мръсна вода; - възстановяване на мазилка и направа на хидроизолация; - полагане на плочки по стени и други.
