Настоящата процедура за възлагане на обществена поръчка се извършва чрез открита процедура на основание чл. 18, ал. 1, т. 1, във връзка с чл. 20, ал. 1 от Закона за обществените поръчки. Обектът на поръчката е „строителство" по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП. За обекта има издадено Разрешение за строеж № 4 от 18.02.2025 г. на Главния архитект на община Стрелча, допълнено със Заповед № 2/10.03.2026г. Категория на обекта: обектът е четвърта група, трета категория по чл. 137 от ЗУТ. ​​Предметът на процедурата е: „Реконструкция на вътрешна водопроводна мрежа по улица „20-ти април“ и още 10 улици гр. Стрелча": ул. „Енчо Фингаров", ул. „Славянска“, ул. „Яко Кацаров“, ул. „Патриарх Евтимий“, ул. „Черковна“, ул. „Баба Тонка“, ул. „П.Волов“, ул. „Неофит Рилски“, ул. „Бунай“, ул. „Крайречна“. ПЪРВИ ЕТАП: ул. „20 април“ – водопровод, ул. „20 април“ – канализация, ул. „Патриарх Евтимий“, ул. „Черковна“, ул. „Неофит Рилски“, ул. „П.Волов“, ул. „Крайречна“ в гр.
