Целта на настоящата обществена поръчка е избор на изпълнител за упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на обект „Въвеждане на мерки за борба срещу наводненията, чрез подобряване на състоянието на река Градска /Неврокопска/, град Гоце Делчев, Община Гоце Делчев, област Благоевград“. Изпълнителят следва да упражнява ефективен строителен надзор по реда на чл. 168 от ЗУТ, в това число да осигурява текущ контрол върху качеството, количеството и съответствието на строително-монтажните работи, включени в Етапи 7–11 (Подучастъци 3.1–3.5), от км 3+353,62 до км 4+662,27 от одобрения инвестиционен проект,. с одобрените строителни книжа, договора и приложимата нормативна уредба, както и своевременно установяване и отстраняване на несъответствия и дефекти. Особено внимание следва да се отделя на приемането на скритите работи преди изпълнение на последващи технологични операции. Крайната цел е строежът да бъде надлежно изпълнен, документиран и подготвен за установяване годността му за ползване и въвеждане в експлоатация.
