Предметът на настоящата поръчка е услуга - консултантски услуги за управление на проект: „ОСНОВЕН РЕМОНТ (РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ) НА ОБЩИНСКИ УЛИЦИ, НАХОДЯЩИ СЕ В ГР. ЕТРОПОЛЕ, ОБЩИНА ЕТРОПОЛЕ, ОБЛАСТ СОФИЙСКА“. Чрез възлагане на услугите по управлението и отчитането на проекта на външен изпълнител Община Етрополе цели да постигне: - редуциране на натовареността на администрацията; - привличане на Изпълнител/Изпълнители, който/които притежава/т необходимата компетентност по управлението и отчитането/изпълнението на проекти и специфични знания в тази област; - управление на рисковете за навременно и качествено изпълнение и управление на проекта, за да бъде реализиран качествено, законосъобразно, в рамките на одобрения бюджет и срок и всички разходи да бъдат възстановени на Община Етрополе; - гарантиране правилното и законосъобразно разходване на средствата в рамките на проектите и избягване непризнаването на разходи от страна на Държавен фонд „Земеделие“; - постигане на целите и планираните резултати в рамките на проекта. Пълният обхват на дейностите и услугите, които трябва да се извършват и предоставят от изпълнителя, както и останалите дейности, предмет на поръчката, са посочени в Техническата спецификация - приложение към документацията за настоящата поръчка, която е публикувана в ЦАИС ЕОП.
