Настоящата поръчка включва осигуряване на пренос на данни и интернет трафик, изграждане и поддържане на виртуална частна мрежа VPN за нуждите на Изпълнителна агенция „Автомобилна администрация“, съгласно Техническа спецификация – Приложение № 1 към настоящата документация. Целта на поръчката е да се избере изпълнител, който има разрешение за ползване на радиочестотен спектър за наземна мрежа, позволяваща предоставяне на електронни съобщителни услуги и да са вписани в регистъра на лицата, уведомили Комисията за регулиране на съобщенията за намеренията си да предоставят обществени електронни съобщителни мрежи или услуги и да е извършил регистрация като локален Интернет доставчик (LIR) в RIPE.
