The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1.) Technical The Government will evaluate the Offeror's technical capability to provide the requirements of the Description of Requirement (DOR). Techniccal evaluation will include:

• The Offeror shall provide the BRAND NAME YSI multiparameter water meters and flow tracker systems meeting all requirements identified in the Description of Requirement (DOR).
• Lead Time: The Offeror shall provide a proposed delivery schedule, stated in calendar days after receipt of order (ARO), for all required items. To be technically acceptable, the quotation must include a clear and complete delivery schedule for FOB Destination shipment to the required delivery locations and must not take exception to the Government’s requirement for delivery as soon as possible after award.

2.) Price

• Total quoted price to fulfill the Government's requirement in its entirety to including all shipping costs.
