BRAND NAME MANDATORY General Information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for BRAND NAME MANDATORY non-commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 13.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), located in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Filter Dust Collector. This solicitation will be competed as a total small business set-aside. Solicitation Details Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotations (RFQ) N0017426Q1117. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333922 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR/RFO.
