1. Requirement Description

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base, California, has a requirement for a brand-name Keysight FieldFox N9912C handheld RF analyzer and related accessories in support of Bomber Platform flightline and temporary duty (TDY) operations. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order.

2. Brand-Name Restriction

This requirement is limited to the Keysight FieldFox N9912C handheld RF analyzer and related accessories identified in the solicitation. No alternative brands or “or equal” items will be considered. The required analyzer must support cable and antenna analysis, vector network analysis, and spectrum analysis in a single handheld unit; support real-time 40 MHz bandwidth up to 10 GHz; meet ruggedized field-use requirements; and maintain compatibility with existing Keysight and aftermarket accessories used to support the mission. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Quotations are being requested from eligible SDVOSB concerns capable of providing the required brand-name Keysight FieldFox N9912C handheld RF analyzer and related accessories identified in the solicitation.
