Bakgrunnen for oppdraget er et ønske om å sikre lik praksis i Husbankens anbefalinger og få innsikt i hva som gir bokvalitet. Rapporten skal innhente ny kunnskap om hva som påvirker bokvaliteten i de ulike botilbudene.
