Det skal bygges turveibelysning langs Fløysvingene mellom Skansemyren og Fløypilen. Arbeidene skal utføres som del av en totalentreprise etter NS 8407, og skal omfatte alle arbeider fra komplett prosjektering, levering, montering, testing, idriftsettelse og dokumentasjon av nytt belysningsanlegg.  Fløsyvingene er va 1142 meter lang tursti med om lag 400 000 årlige brukere. Anlegget skal utføres med tremaster og luftstrekk for å minimere inngrep i kulturhistorisk og naturmessing verdifulle omgivelser.
