Denne anskaffelsen gjelder konsulenttjenester for rådgivning og prosjektering for oppgradering av dekket på Torgallmenningen i Bergen sentrum.
Hovedmålet med prosjektet for oppgradering er å etablere et natursteinsdekke som
* er fremkommelig og universelt utformet
* tåler intensiv bruk
* har varige materialkvaliteter og tilrettelegger for effektivt vedlikehold
* viderefører utformingen av plassen på best mulig måte.
I tillegg til å oppgradere dekket, vil dette innebære tiltak for byromssikring, fysisk styring av trafikk, universell utforming og hensiktsmessig arrangementsavvikling.
