Bakgrunn

Eksisterende avtale for blomsterbuketter, grønne planter og oppsatser utløper 31. desember 2026. Oppdragsgiver har derfor behov for å etablere en ny rammeavtale for å sikre videre dekning av virksomhetens løpende behov.

Anskaffelsen skal bidra til en hensiktsmessig, forutsigbar og effektiv bestilling av blomsterrelaterte produkter i avtaleperioden.

Beskrivelse av oppdraget

Oppdragsgiver skal inngå en rammeavtale for kjøp og levering av blomsterbuketter, grønne planter og oppsatser.

Leveransen skal dekke virksomhetens behov for blomsterprodukter i avtaleperioden, og omfatter et relevant sortiment av blomsterbuketter, grønne planter og oppsatser til ulike formål, samt tilhørende levering etter bestilling.

Rammeavtalen skal legge til rette for at oppdragsgiver kan foreta avrop ved behov innenfor avtalt sortiment og avtalte betingelser. Nærmere krav til produkter, kvalitet, bestillingsløsning, levering og øvrige vilkår vil fremgå av konkurransegrunnlaget.

Oppdragsgiver vil tildele kontrakt til 3 - 5 tilbydere. Minst 1 tilbyder i hver sone skal innstilles. Med sone menes de gamle kommunegrensene til Andebu, Stokke og Sandefjord. For sone Sandefjord kan det innstilles inntil 3 tilbydere.
