This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Operational Contracting Division, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) to establish a contract for Bldg. 696, Network Wiring Upgrade. All work shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) Performance Work Statement, dated 26 August 2026, and will be executed as Firm-Fixed-Price contract.This acquisition is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors), which carries a size standard of $19.0 Million.
