De aan te besteden opdracht heeft betrekking op Levering van Blanco Papier Hoogvolume, hierna te noemen: de Opdracht.

De aanleiding van de Opdracht is de doorlopende behoefte van de Deelnemers Belastingdienst en DUO aan Inkjetpapier voor hun respectievelijke Hoogvolume printstraten. Ten behoeve van het print- en couverteerproces dienen rollen hiervoor geschikt blanco Virgin papier van divers Grammage te worden geleverd.

Het resultaat van deze inkoop is de komende 4 (vier) jaar kunnen voorzien in de behoefte aan Inkjetpapier ten behoeve van de Hoogvolume printstraten van de Deelnemers.
