SPK har behov for bistand på manuell saksbehandling som ikke kan dekkes med egen bemanning.Etterspørselen etter boliglån varierer over tid basert på parametere som rentenivå, endring av låneramme, etc. For å bedre håndtere variasjon i vår oppgavemengde har vi behov for å etablere samarbeid med en ekstern leverandør for bistand til å behandle lånesøknader som skal ikke kan dekkes med egen bemanning.Leverandøren skal bistå SPK med behandling av lånesøknader ved endringer i volum for å sikre tilstrekkelig kapasitet, slik at søknadene blir behandlet innenfor våre målkrav. Bistanden omfatter primært søknader om refinansiering av boliglån og søknader om lån til oppussing av bolig. Alle lån sikres med pant i fast eiendom.Hovedoppgavene vil være kredittvurdering av lånesøknader i henhold til SPKs retningslinjer, innvilge eller avslå søknad om boliglån, etablere lån med pantesikkerhet i bolig og klargjøre lån til utbetaling.
