Det skal leveres bistand til ledelse og medarbeidere på virksomhetsområdet husdrift og intern eiendomsforvaltning. Oppdraget innebærer rådgivning, planlegging og utførelse av oppgaver knyttet til driften av kontorlokaler, spesialrom, møte- og konferanserom, miljøledelse, resepsjons-og sentralbordtjenester.
Bistanden skal hovedsaklig leveres ved Miljødirektoratets kontor i Oslo. Prioritering og utøvelse av oppgaver skjer i nært samarbeid med ansatte innen virksomhetsområdet husdrift ved kontorene i Oslo og Trondheim. Daglig oppfølging av oppgaver innen og mellom kontorstedene skjer i stor grad på teams.
Leverandøren skal levere en hovedressurs tilvarende en hel stilling. Dersom midlertidige tilleggsbehov skulle oppstå, er det ønskelig at leverandøren på kort tid kan levere tidsavgrenset tilleggsressurs med inntil en halv stilling. Leverandør skal stille med vikar for hovedressurs ved fravær (ferie, sykdom, permisjoner etc.).
