Your Background - Proven experience of at least 3 years in bid writing or grant proposal development, preferably with an international development scope. - Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise and persuasive proposal content. - Strong research and analytical abilities. - Familiarity with funding platforms, donor requirements, and grant application processes. - High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate complex technical information and translate substantive inputs from subject-matter experts into clear, persuasive donor-facing proposal narratives. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively under the direction of an internal proposal lead and within established organisational proposal-development processes. - Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English.
