Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer waarbij alle voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht worden vastgelegd. Het doel van de raamovereenkomst is de levering van geneesmiddelen door de opdrachtnemer op afroep van de aanbesteders gedurende de looptijd beschreven in het bestek. Voor verdere toelichting verwijzen wij naar de technische bepalingen van het bestek.
