De Stad Gent wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten bestaande uit de volgende twee percelen: Perceel 1: Het uitvoeren van visuele boomveiligheidscontroles op basis van het protocol voor visuele boomveiligheidscontroles van de Stad Gent. De basis voor dit protocol is de QTRA-methodiek (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment), aangevuld met een conditiebepaling en leidraden voor het aanduiden van attentiebomen en het bepalen van een uitvoeringstermijn voor een maatregel. Perceel 2: Het gedetailleerd inventariseren van bomen in parken. Tijdens de inventarisatie worden de locatie van de boom nauwkeurig bepaald door middel van GPS, worden gegevens verzameld met betrekking tot identificatie en omgeving én wordt een visuele boomveiligheidscontrole uitgevoerd op basis van het protocol van de Stad Gent.
