Deze groepsaankoop betreft het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst, met één opdrachtnemer per perceel, voor 60 maanden, voor het uitvoeren van alle verder opgesomde technische controles die wettelijk verplicht zijn, zowel periodiek als bij (her)indienststelling, uit te voeren door een Externe Dienst voor Technische Controle die een erkenning heeft verkregen van de FOD Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg en/of door een andere instantie die hiervoor bevoegd is. De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende twee percelen: - Perceel 1: ‘Uitvoeren van wettelijk verplichte controles door een Erkende Dienst voor Technische Controle’ – Hoogspanningsinstallaties, laagspanningsinstallaties, liften, hef-en hijswerktuigen, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen tegen vallen, detectie-installaties, noodverlichting. ’ - Perceel 2: ‘Uitvoeren van wettelijk verplichte controles door een bevoegde instantie’ – ladders en trapladders, gasdichtheid, opslagtanks, poorten en tribunes’
