L’objet du marché est la prestation de services relatifs à la mise à disposition de ressources spécialisées pour la rédaction de cahiers des charges et la gestion de travaux dans le cadre des activités de réhabilitation, de déconstruction et d'aménagement menées par SPAQuE.
