Le présent marché a pour objet d’assurer le service d’enlèvement, de transport et d’élimination de 2.500 tonnes estimées de boues produites par le bassin d’orage de la station d’épuration de Waterloo. Les prestations incluent : • chargement des boues rassemblées en un point du bassin d’orage (extrémité ouest du bassin d’orage à proximité du chemin d’accès de la voirie asphaltée) • enlèvement des boues, soit 2.500 tonnes estimées • transports nécessaires • traitement éventuel et l’élimination des boues dans le respect de toutes les lois et règlementations applicables • évacuation légale de toutes les fractions résultant du traitement éventuel • frais connexes : tous frais de quelque nature qu’ils soient, pour mener le service à bonne fin, dont les frais d’échantillonnages et d’analyses • gestion administrative complète de la filière ou des filières en conformité avec la législation en vigueur • fourniture des documents administratifs et techniques permettant à in BW d’assurer la traçabilité des boues et des sous-produits éventuels par filière mise en œuvre
