Le présent marché de services est un accord-cadre en deux lots ayant pour objet la réalisation d’études de sol par des experts agréés en gestion des sols. Le lot 1 concerne les terrains situés en province du Hainaut. Le lot 2 concerne les terrains situés dans les autres provinces de la Région Wallonne. Les prestataires pourraient être amenés à réaliser : - des études préliminaires ; - des demandes de dérogation aux obligations du décret sols ; - des études exploratoires ; - des études d'orientation ; - des études de caractérisation (en ce compris études de risque) ; - des études combinées ; - des projets d'assainissement. Les experts agréés pourront également être sollicités pour réaliser des expertises spécifiques.
