De onderhavige opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst van diensten. Deze opdracht betreft: Uitvoeren van beperkte Technische interventies aan Infrabel-gebouwen en terreinen in de regio's Mechelen, Leuven en Hasselt De hoeveelheden die in de inventaris worden vermeld zijn de beoogde hoeveelhe-den voor de gehele duur van de opdracht: initiële periode en alle eventuele verlen-gingen. Infrabel verbindt er zich niet toe om de in de inventaris vermelde prestaties en hoeveelheden te bestellen. De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst zal altijd het totaalbedrag van de 1e gerangschikte offerte bij de gunning zijn. Onder voorbehoud van de toepassing van de herzieningsclausules waarin het bestek voorziet, zal de raamovereenkomst eindigen zodra de geplaatste deelopdrachten het genoemde totaalbedrag hebben bereikt.
