Deze opdracht strekt tot de aanstelling van één gespecialiseerd direct search- en selectiebureau voor de ondersteuning van Vlaanderen connect bij de werving en selectie van strategische ICT-profielen. Het geselecteerde bureau staat in voor het actief identificeren, benaderen, aantrekken en beoordelen van geschikte kandidaten voor leidinggevende, management-, expert- en andere moeilijk invulbare ICT-functies. De dienstverlening omvat onder meer marktverkenning, direct search, screening van kandidaten, ondersteuning bij de selectieprocedure en advisering tijdens het volledige rekruteringsproces.
