Marché conjoint de fournitures en 14 lots ayant pour objet l’achat d’équipements de protection individuelle destinés au personnel opérationnel sapeur-pompier. Le marché est un accord cadre qui sera conclu avec un seul adjudicataire. Le présent marché sera exécuté sur base de commandes partielles, c'est-à-dire au fur et à mesure des besoins. Ces commandes partielles seront réalisées sans que les pouvoirs adjudicateurs aient à justifier leurs quantités ou leurs fréquences. Aucune quantité minimale ou maximale n'est garantie.
