De opdracht heeft tot voorwerp het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van diensten inzake vormgeving, druk, afwerking, verwerking en, in voorkomend geval, levering van communicatieproducten ten behoeve van Stad Brugge, Visit Bruges en Mintus. De opdracht wordt opgesplitst in de volgende percelen: • Perceel 1: drukken en handling van het Stadsmagazine Stad Brugge • Perceel 2: drukken, handling en leveren van het toeristisch stadsplan Visit Bruges • Perceel 3: vormgeving en (begeleiding) drukwerk content Mintus De prestaties worden uitgevoerd per perceel via deelopdrachten en/of afroepbestellingen, en omvatten alle noodzakelijke handelingen voor de realisatie van een kwalitatief eindproduct, conform de bepalingen van dit bestek. De uitvoering gebeurt op basis van door de aanbestedende overheid aangeleverde of in overleg aangepaste content, en volgens de vastgelegde planningen. Een meer uitgebreide beschrijving is opgenomen in het hoofdstuk 4 technische voorschriften.

Lots Lot 1 — BRUGGE-2026-024-LD - 1: Het drukken en afwerken (handling) van het stadsmagazine van Stad Brugge, bestaande uit meerdere periodieke edities (6 per jaar) met variabele oplage en omvang. Lot 2 — BRUGGE-2026-024-LD - 2: Het drukken, afwerken (handling) en leveren van het toeristisch stadsplan van Visit Bruges, op afroep en met variabele oplages, overeenkomstig de behoeften van de aanbestedende overheid. Lot 3 — BRUGGE-2026-024-LD - 3: Het vormgeven, redigeren, drukken en leveren van het buurtkrantje “Onze Buurt” voor Mintus, met inbegrip van de verwerking en optimalisatie van aangeleverde content, de opmaak binnen een vastgestelde publicatieplank, het doorlopen van correctierondes, en de productie en levering van meerdere edities per jaar, bestaande uit verschillende lokale versies.
