Le Service de communication de l’Université de Liège collabore, tout au long de l’année, avec de nombreux photographes pour des missions photographiques variées, couvrant un large éventail d’activités. Ce volume important justifie la mise en place d’un marché public, organisé en plusieurs lots distincts. D’événements institutionnels à des portraits de diverses personnalités, en passant par des événements sportifs ou encore des cérémonies de proclamation, l’Université de Liège est le théâtre de nombreux événements et manifestations et souhaite traduire cette diversité en images à travers les regards de différents photographes. Ce dispositif vise à garantir la qualité et la cohérence des livrables, tout en assurant une souplesse de commande adaptée à la diversité des besoins et aux contraintes opérationnelles. Il entend également garantir la disponibilité de suffisamment de prestataires lors des périodes chargées.
