In het kader van een gezamenlijke openbare aanbestedingsprocedure nodigen wij u uit tot het indienen van een offerte voor de levering van het geneesmiddel ijzer(III)carboxymaltose (ATC B03AC) in injectieflacons van 2, 10 en 20 ml. Deze opdracht wordt uitgeschreven voor de volgende deelnemende ziekenhuizen (zie I.2): - AZ Alma, Ringlaan 15 te 9900 Eeklo - AZ Sint-Jan Brugge AV - Campus Sint-Jan, Ruddershove 10 te 8000 Brugge - AZ Sint-Lucas vzw, Sint Lucaslaan 29 te 8310 Brugge Het betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de gespecificeerde levering binnen de afgesproken termijn en onder de voorwaarden zoals opgenomen in het bestek. Deze procedure verloopt volgens de geldende wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten. De aanbestedende overheid ziet er op toe dat deze opdracht wordt uitgevoerd met inachtname van de anti-discriminatiewetgeving.
