Dit Bestek bevat de regels betreffende de opmaak van de Offerte en de gunning. Het voorwerp van de gunningsprocedure is het afsluiten van een gezamenlijke raamovereenkomst voor de levering van enerzijds 100% Belgische groene elektriciteit en de afname van geïnjecteerde elektriciteit (perceel 1) en anderzijds aardgas (perceel 2) aan de EAN-aansluitpunten van de deelnemende aanbestedende overheden. De leveringsperiode loopt van ten vroegste 01/01/2027 tot en met uiterlijk 31/12/2030 voor elektriciteit en injectie en van ten vroegste 01/01/2027 06u00 tot en met uiterlijk 01/01/2031 06u00 voor aardgas. De deelnemende rechtspersonen, facturatiegegevens, de EAN-aansluitpunten en de startdatum per EAN zijn opgenomen in de bijlagen. De raamovereenkomst heeft een vaste looptijd van maximum 48 maanden en bevat geen stilzwijgende verlenging.
