Deze opdracht heeft tot doel het verstrekken van milieuverantwoorde schoonmaakdiensten waarbij een sociaal geïnspireerd personeelsbeleid gevoerd wordt. Middels deze opdracht wilt het Lokaal bestuur Kontich komen tot een uniform, prestatiegericht langdurig schoonmaakcontract voor opgenomen sites. Het lokaal bestuur Kontich wil de regie voeren en verwacht dat de partner haar ontzorgt. Toelichting: Voorwerp van deze diensten: Perceel 1 Bedrijvencentrum 'Gemeentehuis' Perceel 2 Buitenschoolse kinderopvang (BKO) KOKON AHA school Perceel 3 Academie Beeld

Lots Lot 1 — Bedrijvencentrum 'Gemeentehuis': De opdracht betreft de publikek delen van het gemeentehuis: alle trappenhallen (inclusief trappen en sassen), alle liftsassen (inclusief liften), alle sanitaire voorzieningen (inclusief douches), alle publieke delen gelijkvloers (inkom, onthaal, spreekkamers, wachtruimte, balies), huis van het kind (consultatieruimtes, wachtruimte, keuken) en garage. Het gemeentehuis wordt uitgebaat door het autonoom gemeentebedrijf Kontich (AGB). Lot 2 — Buitenschoolse kinderopvang en AHA school.: De buitenschoolse kinderopvang is een plaats waar kinderen tussen 3 en 12 jaar worden opgevangen en waar de speelruimtes dagelijks gereinigd dienen worden, als ook het sanitair. In aanvullingen dienen ook de kantoorruimtes, keuken en vergaderzalen mee opgenomen te worden in de opdracht. In de AHA school Het reinigen van klaslokalen, gangen, toiletten en leraarslokalen
