Le marché porte sur la réalisation de tous les travaux d'entretien et de réparation nécessaires sur les installations d'ascenseurs de CM Vlaanderen, dans le but de garantir un fonctionnement sûr, fiable et ininterrompu. Le marché porte sur la conclusion d’un contrat de maintenance prévoyant l’entretien préventif, la réparation des défauts, le dépannage et le désincarcération des personnes coincées dans les ascenseurs de CM Vlaanderen. Le prestataire adopte à cet effet une approche proactive et préventive, visant à limiter les pannes et à prolonger la durée de vie des installations.
