Le présent marché a pour objet la prestation de services de consultance spécialisée dans les développements informatiques. L'adjudicataire de chaque lot devra mettre à disposition du Forem des experts pour les différents volets du développement et intégration informatique, capables d’apporter une réelle plus-value aux projets informatiques du DSI, en cours ou à initier. Le marché concerne des prestations en régie facturées à un prix à la journée. Dans certains cas, lorsque le besoin est clairement identifié et défini, le Forem peut demander à l'adjudicataire un devis pour un engagement ferme de sa part sur un nombre de jours de prestations (forfait). Les services de consultance du présent marché concernent les domaines suivants : - Développement : mise à disposition d’experts en développements informatiques dans diverses technologies ainsi que d’experts en coordination - Intégration d’applications : mise à disposition d’expert en intégration d’applications informatiques - Sécurité des développements - Architecture d’applications
