Le Service public régional de Bruxelles Fiscalité (SPRBF) souhaite conclure un accord-cadre, puis plusieurs marchés subséquents dans les domaines de la consultance métier et stratégique, de l’analyse métier, fonctionnelle et technique, du développement, du paramétrage (fine tuning), de l’installation, de l’assistance au déploiement de solutions IT (services, systèmes, données, produits, etc.) et de leur gestion en mode service. Ces domaines couvrent également, au sens large, le paramétrage, l’installation, la mise en œuvre, la maintenance et l’assistance relatives au système SAP Rise et aux différents modules associés, avec un focus sur la gestion, la maintenance et l’extension d’au moins les modules comptables, financiers et RH déjà utilisés au niveau régional.
