Face à l’augmentation du nombre de sinistres non couverts par les assurances en vigueur, notamment dans le domaine de la construction et face au refus des représentants des assurances des parties impliquées de dialoguer avec le Parlement, il a été jugé nécessaire de recourir aux services d’entreprises spécialisées pour représenter les intérêts de l’Institution dans ces sinistres.
