Le présent marché est un marché de services, faisant partie de l'annexe IIB de la Loi du 15 juin 2006 (catégorie 25, code CPV 85 000 000 - services sociaux et sanitaires _ 85 147 000-1 - Services de médecine du travail). Le présent marché est un accord-cadre conformément à l'article 2, 35° de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics. Pour le présent accord-cadre, Atlas.Brussels est centrale d'achat conformément à l'article 2 6° de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics. Le présent marché porte sur la désignation d'un service externe agréé pour la prévention et protection au travail (S.E.P.P.T.) pour toutes les disciplines spécialisées que la loi du 4 août 1996 (relative au bien-être des travailleurs lors de l'exécution de leur travail) et ses arrêtés d'exécution prévoient et qui ne puissent pas être prises en charge par les SIPPT (ou le SICPPT) des pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires, conformément à l'article 9 de l'AR du 27 mars 1998 SIPPT. Le service externe se compose de 2 sections : 1. Une section " Gestion des risques ". Cette gestion reprend cinq disciplines: aspect psychosociaux, santé, ergonomie, sécurité et hygiène industriel 2. Une section " Surveillance de la santé " dirigée par un médecin du travail Le marché couvre : ? toutes les missions de surveillance de la santé : examiner l'interaction entre l'homme et le travail, assurer la surveillance de la santé des travailleurs, prévoir l'organisation des premiers secours et soins d'urgence aux travailleurs victimes d'accident ou d'indisposition et déclarer les maladies professionnelles.
