Lokaal bestuur Hechtel-Eksel wenst over te gaan tot de aanstelling van een organisatie voor het uitvoeren van allerhande werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de gemeentelijke groendienst. Overeenkomstig artikel 15 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten wordt de toegang tot deze plaatsingsprocedure voorbehouden aan ondernemers die voldoen aan de voorwaarden van dit artikel (lokale maatwerkbedrijven / sociale werkplaatsen / sociale economie). De opdrachtnemer ondersteunt de gemeentelijke groendienst bij de uitvoering van diens taken, binnen de contouren van het bestek. De opdrachtnemer dient daarbij zowel volledig zelfstandig met een bepaalde frequentie op vooraf bepaalde locaties verschillende taken uit te voeren; als gelijkaardige diensten uit te voeren in samenspraak met en onder toezicht van de leidend ambtenaar. De te leveren diensten omvatten voornamelijk - maaiwerkzaamheden - ophalen en afvoeren zwerfvuil - scheren van hagen en borders - onkruidbestrijding (zonder gebruik van pesticiden) - ruimen van bladval - werkzaamheden met de kettingszaag en hakselaar - onderhoud en opsnoeien van bomen - sneeuw- en ijzelbestrijding - andere gelijkaardige taken die vallen onder de groendienst Het betreft een raamovereenkomst met een looptijd van 12 maanden, die 3 x verlengd kan worden.
