Le présent marché porte sur des services relatifs à l'élaboration de l'évaluation de la capacité de travail des personnes handicapées sur la base de la International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), au profit de la Direction générale Personnes handicapées (DG HAN) du SPF Sécurité sociale. Le marché comprend l'analyse de la pratique d'évaluation actuelle, l'adaptation du formulaire d'évaluation ICF multidisciplinaire aux besoins et au contexte de la DG HAN, son implémentation pilote, ainsi que — à titre d'options obligatoires — la préparation de l'implémentation numérique et la gestion du changement, et enfin l'évaluation du nouvel instrument et les recommandations à son sujet.
