Deze opdracht is een raamcontract voor diensten en heeft tot doel het opmaken van volledige ontwerpdossiers, aanbestedingsdossiers, subsidiedossiers, met inbegrip van de veiligheidscoördinatie, opmaken technisch verslag m.b.t. het grondverzet en de opvolging van wegenis- en rioleringswerken en andere infrastructurele werken. Het gemeentebestuur behoudt het recht om ten allen tijde voor gelijk welk dossier via een andere procedure een ontwerper aan te stellen en staat vrij gebruik te maken van het af te sluiten raamcontract. De opdrachtnemer kan hiervoor geen schadevergoeding eisen.
