Details
L’accord-cadre porte sur la recherche d’un prestataire qui fournira et installera des bornes de recharge au domicile des collaborateurs d’in BW disposant d’une voiture électrifiée. L’adjudicataire devra fournir une solution « all in » comprenant l'acquisition (hardware), l'installation, la gestion via une plateforme, l'entretien et la maintenance de bornes de recharge de manière sécurisée, efficace et conforme aux réglementations en vigueur. L’adjudicataire doit être un opérateur de points de recharge (CPO). Il assure dès lors l’installation et la gestion des infrastructures de recharge de véhicules électriques (bornes de recharge, le câblage et les compteurs nécessaires à leur raccordement). Le CPO assure la maintenance des bornes de recharge après l’installation et propose un système de supervision en ligne et une assistance 24/7. L’adjudicataire doit par ailleurs fournir des services de mobilité (MSP). Le marché comprend la fourniture d’un abonnement associé à une carte de recharge et/ou à une application mobile ainsi que le remboursement des frais de recharge.
