La concession porte, dès sa conclusion, sur l’ensemble des études, démarches de permis, financements, travaux et opérations de commercialisation du projet comprenant au minimum 35 logements d’utilité publique minimum de type « clé sur porte » sur le terrain appartenant à AGILIS, sis rue des 10 Bonniers à Marchin. Cette concession est intimement liée à une autre concession objet d'une autre publication réalisée par la commune de Marchin portant elle aussi sur la réalisation et commercialisation d'unités de logements. Les offres remises devront porter sur les deux concessions.
