Le présent marché concerne le désamiantage d'une la halle industrielle de 7000m² sise rue des ACEC à 4040 Herstal. Les applications contenant de l'amiante sont reprises dans l'inventaire destructif joint au présent cahier des charges. Elles concernent principalement: - des calorifuges plâtreux présents autour de canalisations en chaufferie et autour d'un boiler dans la halle - des équipements techniques (joints, regard de cheminée, coffrets électriques, disjoncteurs, plaques de séparation de logettes électrique type Pical, ...) - des plaques de sous-toiture de type Fibrociment dans la halle Le chantier ne concerne pas - les menuiseries de toiture avec mastic amianté. Ceci fera l'objet d'un chantier ultérieur - les applications aimantées reprises à l'inventaire dans les annexes, les hangars et le local sableuse. Ceci a fait l'objet d'un chantier de désamiantage et déconstruction antérieur.
